I am back now I had some complications when I returned that I’m not going to get into. I have updated the detox food pad page which I believe you should do at least two or three times a year. I have provided a direct link just in case that I think are worth a shot they have worked for me and yes they are natural.

Anyway, try this:
a cup of plain yogurt natural preferred with no sugar
and add about 1 tablespoon of raw natural honey on top, mix it together and enjoy. Do this for a few days to see if anything improves.
