I have recently gotten a lot more into the idea of living healthy than I used to be when I was younger. One of my friends told me about how much better she felt once she started using these detox pads. Since I have been doing a lot of cleansing and also going onto a raw food diet, I figured giving these detox pads a shot would be a good idea. Even with the recommendation I received from my friend I was rather skeptic as to if these would really do anything or not. It suggests that the first pads you use be put on the middle part of the bottom of your foot so I placed it there the first night I used these. I figured that since I am already doing so much to keep my body free of toxins there wouldn’t be much on the bottom of the pad aside from maybe a tiny brown tint. I could not have been more wrong, the pad was a dark brown and even downright black at some spots. It is disgusting to think that these toxins were all just hanging out in my body unnoticed by me. The next night I went ahead and used a pad on the top part of the bottom of my foot and had pretty similar results. The pad wasn’t as dark as it was the first night but you could tell that it was really pulling a lot of the toxins in my body out. On the third night I tried it on the heel of my foot and much like the second night the pad didn’t get as dark as the first night but you could certainly tell that there were toxins being taken out of my body. I would have to recommend this product for anyone that is serious about getting the toxins out of their body. One thing I do have to warn about though is the need to research foot pads before you buy them. These pads are made well and not harmful to you but there are some reports out there that some of the foot pads coming from Asia can actually cause you more harm than good.
