Pain relievers, antidepressants are some medications that are the main cause. Diabetes and Parkinson’s disease plus some blood pressure medication or over the counter drugs which can also be the cause. Best bet is to ask your Dr if there are issues, you may need to be prescribed another drug.

i cant poop – beets
I found that if I eat 2 cooked medium beets, I don’t have an issue……now is it lazy?
