Am I stressed?

When your brain’s reaction to stress gets flipped on, it causes modifications to your body. The digestive system is especially touchy to strain, and constipation may be one reaction. It disrupts your ordinary activity; your pooping can get off your regular schedule. Take your mind off for a while and don’t think about whatever is stressing you. Go for a walk, call a friend….do something different.

A recent change in diet.

A severe change in diet can frequently influence short-term adverse or unwanted secondary effects like muscle spasm as your digestive tract delays adapting. If you go without much fiber and you unexpectedly eat up lots of fiber, you will have few distressed intestinal symptoms.
