A few thing’s you can try naturally:
water: you be amazed of what it can do. Aim for at least 2 liters a day or until you pee yellow.
Fiber: eat an apple and eat greens especially broccoli. Try to get 20+ grams a day.
cranberry juice can help but don’t drink more than 2 glasses.
plums or plum juice: it can move your bowel, eat little be cautious.
