Do you ignore the urge?
You’re too busy to stop on every occasion your body signals, it’s time to poop. You don’t like using public restrooms, or whatever besides your personal at home. Here’s the trouble with ignoring the urge, eventually, you may stop feeling the signals.
Squat position.
Invest in a Squatty Potty, a step stool you place around the base of the toilet. You put your feet on the platform, which raises your knees above your hips, mimicking the squatting position; this can help you poop.
Am I stressed?
