Just sleeping more can help….it can eliminate problems in your body. Aim for 8 hours each night. I have included a link to a product witch can help.

seriously…..have/drink coffee. I have read an article that coffee helps with digestion. Drink a cup or two, just don’t go crazy.

Trying not to ‘”test” too much at once, no need to. I would always suggest going natural first before trying a product. Sometimes a simple diet adjustment can do the trick.
