Trying not to ‘”test” too much at once, no need to.  I would always suggest going natural first before trying a product.  Sometimes a simple diet adjustment can do the trick.

seriously…try to consume around two a day.  See if after a few days it helps with your constipation.

Just eating an apple with skin can help, combine it with different fruit.  Try to achieve around 20 grams a day of fiber.  I include a plum and a pear.  Remember you don’t have to consume all at once, you have a whole day.

I used to eat/drink it, I must say it worked for me.  2-3 spoons in a glass and fill the rest with water, stir.  Make sure to drink fluids….it feeds off it.
