Constipation sweet mode

Without yogurt, there are two methods you may try for constipation that it’s working for some people. Method one is to have a teaspoon of raw natural honey before breakfast and one teaspoon before sleep. Due to this for a couple of days and see how it goes if it’s not working try method two by mixing a glass of water with the honey.

Occasional product for constipation

I came across this Bekunis product a while ago for constipation, I usually took it at night about an hour before sleep and it helped me and it is still helping me if I have an issue. I keep it around just in case if I get constipated for more then three days then I use the Bekunis it is yet to let me down. Anyway, try this:
a cup of plain yogurt natural preferred with no sugar
and add about 1 tablespoon of raw natural honey on top, mix it together and enjoy. Do this for a few days to see if anything improves.
