a simple eating right does help with constipation. Generally eating vegetables, there is no limit from what I gathered. Try at least a cup a day and increase if nothing happens.

seriously…..have/drink coffee. I have read an article that coffee helps with digestion. Drink a cup or two, just don’t go crazy.

Trying not to ‘”test” too much at once, no need to. I would always suggest going natural first before trying a product. Sometimes a simple diet adjustment can do the trick.
