Just eating an apple with skin can help, combine it with different fruit. Try to achieve around 20 grams a day of fiber. I include a plum and a pear. Remember you don’t have to consume all at once, you have a whole day.
I used to eat/drink it, I must say it worked for me. 2-3 spoons in a glass and fill the rest with water, stir. Make sure to drink fluids….it feeds off it.
tomato juice seems to help a few people. Drink the non-concentrate and 100%, read the label to make sure. I say 2 glasses or so, monitor and adjust.
